I really don't think you can do that in Power Auras as there is no trigger for that type of event, However what you can do is use MikScrollingBattleText Then you can setup a trigger like this.

Trigger Name: Drain Life
Trigger Classes: All Classes
Main Events: Skill Damage
Event Conditions: Source Unit Affiliation - Is Equal To - You
Event Conditions: Skill Name - Is Equal To - Drain Life
Output Scroll Area: Your Choice
Output Message: Your Choice
Sound: Your Choice

If you want a custom sound you will need to use;

Custom Media: Sound Name and Sound Path

Forgive me, I'm a noob.

But, where can I find the actual sound file to place in the MSBT folder?

I did a check in the WoW folder for sound files, but nothing came up.
