Hello we really need to trade an item cus of a mistake that were made. What is blizzards current policy on trading items after 2 hours (by gm)?

Just make a ticket, it's how all stupid mistakes got solved before they added the 2 hour window, shouldn't be an issue. Just make sure the person that has the item makes the ticket and adds the name of the guy that needs the item (and of course the name of the item) in the ticket.

But seeing as GM's work at the speed of light these days, expect a 1 week queue or something.

1 week que and by the time they get to you they'll tell you the time to fix it has expired. Happened in my guild when someone decided they wanted something that had been DE'd. GM told him something along the lines of with the new system in place GM's will only restore things within a certain amount time after the incident. I remember when they'd restore things I lost/got rid of ages ago if I asked nicely.
