how to get a little more hit [ele]

Hello,

we unfortunately do not have any shadow priest in our raid

and as you can see I am somewhat below hit cap without shadow priests hit debuff. I notice 2-3 LBs and sometimes 1 or 2 FS missing per fight and I feel this is rather gimping my dps. Is that subjective impression correct? And if so, what would be the best way to get a little more hit (gear improvements apart). Should I enchant my hands with 20 hit or rather replace a reckless ametrine with a 20 hit gem in my legs?

Grab T9-legs, they have a ton of hit. They might not be ideal, but they're really easy to get.
And yes, not being near the hit cap will lower your DPS by A LOT, which is the reason why hit (under cap) has a rather high DEP. (worth a lot)

You could swap out a gem or craft the cloth 264 boots that have hit and then be able to play with your other gear a little, maybe.
