Need on Frozen Orbs

I'd like to post here and give everyone a notice to please just need roll on Frozen Orbs. I'm sick of rolling greed then having 1 person roll need and gets it, but I never complain since I know it's more useful next patch. But now I just need on them and have been in countless arguments with players at the end saying "wtf why are you needing on it?!". And there's the few that will create a toon on my realm just to harass me with whispers.

Please pass this notice on to anyone that runs 5man heriocs. Thanks.

Lets all just need on it. Everyone has some use for them in the next patch. anyone who gets mad over a ninja'd frozen orb needs to take a chill pill.

Everyone will start needing when patch comes anyway....

And stuffs that people generally greed on (this doesn't effect gear at all) but like materials/book of glyph mastery and stuff like that should just be needed on by default, since those are the items people will ninja the most anyway xD

From what I have encountered it is the people unaware of the change who are most upset with people "needing" on frozen orbs, but that begs the question why are so unhappy over something that was down to 5g on my server.

And so do several other people...

So it ends up quite amusing when you see no-one rolling on the Frozen orb because everyone's mouse pointer is hovering over the need or greed button just waiting to see if someone's going to break first and click either one...

umm shouldnt this be common sense to need on frozen orbs at all time? thats what my realm does, never seen someone not need a frozen orb

i do it, im prepared to make some cheap flasks and stuff for 3.3, and if you dont need on them, i will win the roll! not my fault others dont need them. besides, you press need when you NEED an item, and i NEED frozen orbs so i can get easy eternals and stuff, so there

They're worth 20+g in 3.3.3, so people are changing behavior anticipating that.

BGroup differences. Almost nobody needs on them in my battlegroup, so much so that even now it's habitual to hit greed.

Some of us are trying to get people to hit need each time, but it does cause some drama along the way.
Personally I just watch to see if anyone needs, else I greed. Of course, as someone mentioned, many of us do this now. So, if nobody's rolling, I just greed and get it over with.

And I'm saving up for my 6th epic flight alt so I -need- to vendor those purples and everything else that drops. ;P Seriously, just because you have a special use for a BOE item doesn't mean you get to swipe it.

In any case, people should be rolling need if they care.

Simply inform them of the 3.3.3 patch notes and this specific line.
Frozo the Renowned has moved into the Dalaran Magus Commerce Exchange and will be trading your Frozen Orbs for various other trade goods.

Expand upon that a bit, mentioning Frost Lotus in particular, that should get their attention.
Then call them a noob for not only making no attempt to be aware of upcoming content, but going to the lengths of a new character to prove themselves an idiot.

I just need them now a days, no point cause some one will roll need no matter what. If they come to my server, which they haven't, I would just ignore them and go on with life either way.

seriously on my battlegroup people have been needing Frozen Orbs since the LFG interface came out... got like 30 saved up for when the price shoots up in the next patch

get a chat mod that auto ignores level 1's and ninja them as much as possible =)
