what to get next? Frost bagdes.

hello, I am in doubt of what i should get as the next upgrade from my frost bagdes, the main reason for being in doubt is the fact that i have a token for 264, but dont want to spend it on my shoulders, i currently have 66 frost bagdes, i am just in doubt if i should get cloak or save and get chest 264 and equiping 264 legs from voa for the 4 set bonus.

I would go for the t10 chest, and then hope to get t10 gloves out of vault. Although, you could just upgrade your shoulders and buy longstriders chest and logsplitters, giving you another ~120 ish arm pen, before gems. If your going for hardcap I would think the offset chest and gloves will give the best for the worth, and after you get them you could buy vengeful noose with emblems (leather belt, 80 arm pen and 3 sockets) if you havent got the belt off fester yet. Then just hope for a DBW and you should be really close to hardcapping.
