Only Blizzard has access to that function, in a macro, you could use "/use 13" instead.

Why don't you simply write /use [item name]
It avoids a lot of fuss.

Using the item slot number will take into account a varying item, particularly the case for trinkets.
/use 13 and /use 14 as macros will use the first or second trinket irrespective of which is currently present in that slot, so you dont need a new macro every time you change either of them.
