    well of course it could be a possible trinket for PvP. the thing is I wouldn't use it. you lose too much use to gain some stamina and an on use bubble.

    A flag carrier (in either battle for flags) might find some use in it.

    Then again I noticed these are the mage forums so I don't know.

    If you know you're going to go for a flag capture you should probably use it, but other than that?
