which presence to use

noob question, what presence do i use for raiding as a DW Frost? and looking at my gear is there a better spec that would suit my gear lvl?

Blood Presence as Damage Dealer

This. Unholy Prescence was only used when Runic Power dumping as fast as possible was viable DPS (Death Coil/Frost Strike spam at 500mph) Now we're all back to using our runes again, blood reigns supreme. Check out Elitistjerks.com's Death Knight forum for confirmation.

blood always for dps right now

unholy is pure pvp as far as im aware. im not a pvper

Blood for DPS, Frost for tanking, Unholy for running back after a death in a dungeon.

There's no reason to use UH pres to dps.. Yet
There may be, someday, but not now. Always use Blood Presence.
