I don't remember with this toon.. but, my mage hit 80 from Mr. Floppy's Perilous Adventure. I don't remember what she did to hit 60 or 70 because they were both quite a while back.

60-Tyr's Hand EPL. I was a whole month behind my friends so they threw a HUGE party in IF. we got like 70 people to dance and get drunk with us lol.
70-I was in hellfire turning in a quest. I had the same quest, overlord, completed for like 8 levels and didn't even know it until I was almost 70 so I just ran back and turned it in. Then I found out that it gives a really decent trinket that would have been great for leveling and was like -.-' In my defense I had a bad copy of quest helper installed the whole time that didn't let me see quest rewards.
80-I was in Icecrown doing the dailies there for the second time that night/morning. I dinged and was promptly killed and camped by not one but two rogues.When you're in a town like this all covered with smoke, you forget that there's a world outside. Nothing amazing happens here. And you get used to that, used to a world where everything is ordinary. Every day we spend here is like a whole lifetime of dying slowly. But now Haruko is here. That's how I know there really is a world outside.

On my Shaman back in the day I hit 60 In Silithus, then he hit 70 in Netherstorm. Then Finally he hit 80 in Icecrown.
All the other 6 hit 80 in the Scholazar Basin, 70 in Borean Tundra/Netherstorm, and 60 in Hellfire Peninsula.

I have no idea where I was the first time I dinged 60 , it was march 2005 and it was an undead mage, I remember that much. For 70 in TBC it was a Dwarf Hunter, probably in Shadowmoon but who knows.
