What is the highest 70 pvp gear u can buy with just honor?

60 PVP gear and weapons, blizz leaves them in place...never jacked with them....even when BC was a new expansion. when WotLK expansion they removed or scattered 70 PVP gear

70 PVP gear purchase with honor is limited to necklace, rings, trinkets, boots, bracers, belts, cloaks.

S1 Gladiator and S2 Merciless Gladiator five piece sets are on isle of quel'danas, but they require badges/tokens that drop in BC raids that are rarely run anymore

S4 brutal gear/weapons you mention....have to arena for it. have seen no news from anyone on PTR to say any changes concerning 70 PVP gear other than the mark requirements will be gone and prices adjusted.
