I vaugely rembered seeing the same question asked with a reply, so with the slightly improvised approach of searching for posts with the same image link in I came across the following thread.

Describing the font as Century Gothic, and after a quick google search does appear to bear more than a resemblence to it.

It already appears as a selectable font in mine, though I cannot specifically identify where from.
If you have not already, try installing SharedMedia addon, since many addons use that as a common source of fonts/borders/backgrounds.
If that does not make it appear as a selectable one, then download it manually and add it to shared media

Though that is something I have yet to do myself so without further research I cannot help with further.
