Allright, So I'm one of my guild's 3 raid leaders, and we've been plugging at both ICC 10 and ToC 10 every week (we've just recently set up a reliable raid schedule), and we're gettting much farther into ICC than ToC I'm just perplexed. For the most part it is the same few players (we only have around 12-15 people who are able/geared to raid), and we just can't get past northrend beasts.
Our most recent group consisted of Myself as MT, our two of our regular healers at first (one is a palidin/druid depending on what we need, the other is a disc priest who was mainly on raidheals/mitigation) and after a few wipes we brought in another holy pally for OT heals, our OT was a pug in basically T9, with a decent EHP (deathknight). The rest of the raid was consisted of 1 hunter, 1 lock, 2 DPS DK's, and an ele shammy. Most of the DPS were hovering around 2300 to 2600, on beasts, and our best dps was a frost DK w/ around 5k.
Half of our wipes (still a considerable number, I believe we have it like 15 shots total) were with 2 healers and half the time we had the OT dropping on Gormok, the other half we would drop on the worms. After we brought in the second healer, we got to the worms every time but once, but died every time, we never even made it to icehowl. This is all the farther in ToC our guild has gotten.
For Gormok we were switching at 3 stacks, we did have some issues killing snobolds though. When we did make it to worms, I was on acidmaw and the OT was on dreadscale. I got the full paralytic toxin at least 6 or 7 times during the whole process (about 75% of the time), allot of the time the only person getting burning bile was the OT (we were keeping them separated on the north and south sides of the room).
Now we just had our first Deathwhisper kill last week and had to call it on gunship, but we can't get past northrend beasts, and I just don't know why. It seems we should be having no problems with the first boss of a much easier instance.
I'm not going to link everyone's armory, but here's mine, as MT, may be useful.

Any ideas I can impart upon my raid group would be much appreciated, I had to go do a few shots after our last ToC; it was that bad, I'm hoping with some raid advice we can get through ToC next week. Thanks allot in advance.
