Right now im using Tyrannical Beheader from Hpos, and last night i got the battered hilt drop so im wondering if Quel'Delar, Might of the Faithful is a better choice right now. Not running ICC yet but i probably will be soon.

Hilt weapon for sure. It's pretty much on par with ICC 10 weapons.

Why would you even question it, weapon damage is boss. But iiiiiif you do see yourself doing icc sometime soon, some gold from selling it wouldnt be too bad either. :-\

Completely not true. Biggest part of dps is weapon dmg. Str is always better than agil, stat weights are something you should look up.

The question asked. The Quel'delar is lightyears better than tyrannical, but its also worth about 7k gold. Depending on when your goign to be able to progress into ICC i would sell it like somone else said, join a 25 icc pug and get the axe of Marrow which is as common as air.

While that's true for fury warriors due to the ArP that makes it great as an off-hand.

For DKs and Paladins it's all about the Might of the Faithful. Strength is just way too huge of a stat to use anything but. That and the damage range is freakin' awesome. It's a sword that should last you up until LK at the latest, I think you may want to exchange it for the axe of culling or oxheart though if you can get one to drop.

If you are DW frost though you'll definitely want Ferocity of the Scorned.

question at hand is, do you need gold or do you need a better weapon? for me the hilt weapon ain't worth shit, and i much rather sell it (this is from my dk pov with still green gear newly dinged) the weapon you got is good enough for anything before icc, so if you don't raid icc, then the need for a better weapon would just be to see higher numbers, get into pugs easier (lol gs) and brag to freinds >.>.

IF your one of those guys that always run arround with sub 1k g and whines about not having gold then i would probably sell it, but if you got > 3k and not spending it on anything and never feel you need more then why not just take the weapon <:
