The only addon I know of that changes the LOOK of the Achievement popup is Skinner.

Does anybody know the name of the addon that is in the lower right corner (almost) that is basically a scrolling combat text but is contained to that square box? It has a "player" and a "target" column.

I've looked a while for that one.
