Resto Shammy Help

Well recently I've started and been levelling a resto shammy. It's been pretty fun and I'm really enjoying it. Normally my main is a Prot Pally Tank/Ret Pally DPS so this is a bit different playstyle. But now I have a question. How highly is the 4 piece t9 valued? Is it worth it to get the 4 piece and one 245? Or is it better for 2x 245, possibly three and just keep the two piece bonus?

5% CH crit is kinda meh... 2 pt bonus is nice for 5/10m though

Get the Elemental T9 helm and shoulders and use them for Resto. Bonus, you have 2pc T9 for Ele too.

The stats are better on them compared with the T9 resto helm/shoulders, and the 4pc resto bonus is meh.

I just got the Gloves, Chest and Shoulders. Didn't want the crit>haste pieces so I left it at that.
