Arcane Meditiation vs Glyph of Mage armor

I am trying to crunch some TP's and was noticing that Archane Meditiation and Glyph of Mage Armor both allow for 50% mana regen during spell casting. I am *HIGHLY* doubting that having both of these enabled is actually going to allow for 100% mana regen during spell casting, I did however, hope to get clarification to this point for certain.

I was looking at the Arch/Ice build here:

and came up with a few changes here:

(note the 3 points out of Meditation and applied to frost, as well as the mage armor buff) (According to here the mage armor buff grants an addition 20%, how it reads on thott, and I believe in the game, is up to 50% regen while casting)

I am hoping to get some feedback on these potential changes in regards of 5man dungeons & PVP (I already know how unfavorable any frost seems to be in Raids so I won't even question it)

Glyphed Mage Armor gives you 70% Mana Regen
Arcane Meditation and Mage Armor together DOES give you 100% Mana Regen.
Arcane Meditation and Glyphed Mage Armor (+20%) together gives you 100% Mana Regen

..What exactly do you plan on doing with this talent spec? If you are raiding, you will be in Molten Armor, all the time. and you will be hurting on mana because the lack of regen.

And i fail to see what those 3 points in Blizzard can do...

If you will be playing frost (or really any spec...) you shouldn't need to use glyph of mage armor, or even mage armor at all. No matter your spec you will/should be using molten armor (with the exception of the faction champions fight in To(G)C, etc.

If your going Arcane the spec above is what you should use. I personally like 1 point out of Clearcasting and into Slow since there are some fights in ICC where the ability comes in handy.
