Haste Gemming as BM?

I imagine Agi/AP gems would benefit us more but would haste be such a bad idea?

Your steady shots should already be below GCD.

And since physical damage GCD can't be lowered...what's the use?

Haste isn't a bad idea. Other stats are just a better idea.

Haste doesn't hurt. It just doesn't help nearly as much as AP.

Going by what you said Herecius: I've heard gem Agi when your above 3500 AP (passive) any idea if it will hurt to continue to gem Ap or is Agi a better way to go.

As BM, haste only affects your auto-attacks because your steady shot are already at the GCD, so gemming AP, crit, ArP, Agi, or hit if under cap will all be better than haste. Don't do it.
