why Agi gemming in pvp? - MM build

I couldnt find answer to this question,

Why do ppl gem agi in MM build?

crits chance is reduced by a lot + dmg of it. Wouldnt be better to go straight AP?10% trueshot aura should make it worth more too i believe. I`ve started playing hunter in this season so i dont have much experience about gemming in pvp .

    Thx for answering in advance

Agi = AP, crit and dodge. MM is very crit dependent and the AP gain is almost unnoticed. I would't gem AP but give it a try, theres only one way to convince oneself.
"Druid must be boss, Hunter is just Drain-monkey.

    Hunter scatter this rogue.
    Hunter drain that priest.
Hunter where is frost trap. Bad Hunter! No banana!
Hunter where is flare? No flare, you get replaced by retarded warrior!"

AP might give you more damage (maybe) but PvP is hardly about bursting down your competition before they do the same to you. It's about survival and that extra dodge and armor *can* and often *do* make the difference between 1800 and 1100.

Not to mention the extra crit is always nice
