Help with DPS problems

Someone help me. i feel like im not doing enough dps. i average 8k on single target fights. im wondering whats wrong. thanks

Hit rating is 301, should be 164 w/ Precision. Paring that down will help you improve greatly.

Expertise is too high, get closer to 26.

Get the leather badge belt (Vengeful Noose).

Grab Banner of Victory from reg ToC 5 (farmable) and replace Grim Toll until you can get DBW from Saurfang.

Change the enchant on your boots to Tuskar's Vitality.

Get your 4 piece t10 bonus from badges / voa.
