Hi, just want to start of by saying that im a complete n00bcake at spellcasters.

Just want to know if i should use Engraved Gargoyle Femur 2h-staff or Seethe with Ward of the Violet Citadel as a demo lock ?
The reason i chose to say Ward of the Violet Citadel is that i can obtain it right now until i can get something better.

Get http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50309 from HoR hc, unless you need the hit from ward. Otherwise go with the 2H until youve got this Offhand.

As many have said, Femur is better for you currently.
I used it myself until obtaining Frost Needle and Shriveled Heart, and that worked great.

what soarlock said... depends if you are hitcapped or not...

hit > spellpower > something> something...

everyone argues about what's after spellpower, but just know that you need to be hitcapped to maximize your dps in raids, even if it means sacrificing a little spell power...

I am pretty sure it's haste for nearly all Gear Statusses and specs. Except for Demo rDPS, where Spirit can get in front.

EDIT: as he says he's over hitcap, seethe + offhand is superior. Shriveled Heart http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50309 would be better ofc, as has already been mentioned.
