After reading blizzard's april fools prank about the EPEEN (Equipment Potency EquivalencE Number) enhancement coming in Cataclysm, I thought that it would actually be quite fun as an addon.

I need 3 textures. One each for top end, bottom end and the center. (Center will be stretched vertically).
The textures need to be saved in .tga format, width and height need to match and be powers of 2 (2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, ...).
If you want to help, please, go ahead.
