how to improve my pally?

Im wondering if there is any key ways i can improve my tanking despite bit of my gear not being the best as i cant get into icc thanks to achievements and people wanting gearscore more than brains and skill.

Your spec is pretty awful, and you're missing the most important Protection Paladin glyph.

Yeah, you want the Glyph of Divine Plea, so get rid of that Glyph of judgement. Look up the tank raid spec, pretty sure there is a sticky on this. Learn the 969 and go from there.
