Standing in the middle of a city only to see some twilight-loving nerd (That may just be a massive exaggeration) transforming in and out of Worgen/human form trying to be “Cool” will be really annoying. They should put a 30sec-1m CD on it. Agreed?

there is no CD on shapeshifting for druids, and yet i never saw a druid in dalaran shifting back and forth until my eyes bleed.

maybe its just you who got the Idea and the energy to really do it.

I don't see how it's any different to what people do with mounts, gear, vanity pets or titles. Should they put a CD on these things too? If you don't want to watch, turn your camera around and/or walk (or run, in this case) away. There you go, a simple fix for you.

I know people will fucking macro a /yell with that spell just like they do with Deathgrip yelling 'GET OVER HERE' its fucking gay and they should've never made worgens a playable race because these assholes just came out of nowhere... like draenei. BUT at least draenei were in WC3... well the malformed ones anyway.

By that logic they also should make broken tables playable...

The worgen were encountered in game much sooner than the broken (malformed draenei). Remember SFK or Tirisfal Glades and Silverpine. There is a long lore line with the worgen and Genn Greymane.
