Why is it so hard to find a Mythic raiding guild that isn't full of toxic people?

We are Destolation! A quickly progressing guild on the Earthen Ring Server. In the past 2 months we have killed every ICC wing boss except the Lich King. Although only being approximately 5month old guild, we have slungshot ourselves into 4th among Alliance on Earthen Ring. (http://www.wowprogress.com/pve/us/earthen-ring)
We are currently looking for a Balance Druid (Boomkin), Mage, and Holy Paladin. Please keep in mind that we will gladly evaluate any exceptional players! Players may apply to the guild via our website at: http://desolators.guildlaunch.com. This website can also give you insight into other guild policies such as raid attendance and loot systems.
We currently run 25 man content Tuesday and Wednesday 7:45-11pm EST, and Sunday 7:45-11pm EST. We also have 2 main 10 man ICC groups, and a 25man ICC alt raid.

Looking for pretty much any non-druid healer currently, not just Holy Paladins anymore.
