Greetings everyone, I'd like to invite all of you who are looking for a cool and friendly team of focused players to join our guild, Boom de Yada. Unlike others, I see no point in telling you how awesome and elite we are, because we are not. BdY is made of people who have many years of experience with various MMOs and who, mostly, are willing to work hard to achieve improvement.

We all realize there is no improvement without hard work, dedication and focus, and hard work and dedication is what we value. Not on a hardcore level though, there is also RL for each of us. So Boom de Yada is an uncommon mixture of startup raiding/friendly guild, and we intend to make it work.

Raiding Status: Currently, we're working our bloody path through Icecrown Citadel (10man), at this moment progressing Sindragosa with Valithria Dreamwalker as our most recent achievement.

Who Are We Looking For: Any active and dedicated players to complete second raiding group so that we may do a proper character rotation in both raids. We value people who know results don't come without hard work, team players who are always willing to provide guidance and accept it as well if needed.

What we provide to our members: We have a functional website with forum, working DKP system with raid tracking/signup at our website, and we run our own TeamSpeak3 server. Besides that, we try to provide as much help to our players ingame as possible, from assisting with group quests to power-runs of vanilla, BC and WOTLK instances/dungeons.

What we expect of our members: Knowledge of their class and character, ability and will to always learn new things and constantly improve. Dedicated but reasonable approach. Understanding of why team-play is important and a team spirit.

What we absolutely don't want to see among our members: We don't want folks who label themselves as "elite" and bash everyone for not being equally "elite". We don't want players who blindly copy other people's gear/specs without properly understanding the mechanics behind those. Whiners. Ninjas.
We keep our guild clean from such influences to ensure a peaceful and friendly environment for all of us.
