Are Death Knights OP?

Putting this in general discussion cause i feel this is a Big problem.Because my personal opinion is yes they are overpowered in pve and pvp.i have many 80's mage/shaman/paladin/almost all cept priest and Warrior and out of them all most are dps or i have geared and tried DPS.And my death knight by far does more dps then any of my toons.Now i realize some may be thinking that im just a noob and don't know how too play my other classes and let me tell you i have spent hours just researching and making sure i have the right macros gem's chants rotation spec so on and so on Yet still my DK does more dps By alot.Alls toons for dps are equally geared for the most part they all have T9 with Triumph and BiS gear(BiS=crafted/ICC heroics)Now some may be better dps when they get there T10 because bonuses and stuff may affect them more but me doing 9-11k on my DK in voa 25 and my Mage doing 6-8 Doesn't make sense too me More so when they had around same buffs and were properly geared with the proper rotations.(Mage=arcane DK=Blood)now i know blood will be the tanking spec in cata but i could prob do even more dps on my DK with unholy which scares me even more so the Poll stands do you think DK are OP or not?

A paladin could do it, too. Don't judge solely on dps. Look at damage done, too. Whichever is higher is superior.

Yes i just saw that making my Vote for Yes Make even more sense in my opinion...too the people who say no May i ask what other class you think can solo OS10? cause even the most geared classes i doubt could do they they either cant Live long enough or if they can they cant dps Sarth fast enough.

For a hybrid? Yes they are very much so. It seems that the "hybrid tax" doesn't apply to them but that could just be me.

well it depends on what do you think ''OP'' is, but from my point of view - DK is great at leveling, soloing stuff, dk's are great and perfectly competetive against all other classes in dps and they are great tanks. I dont PVP at all so cant talk much about this part but i think they are pretty decent in this part of the game too. Most classes arent so good as DK in all those aspects so i think DK's are kinda OP

A class that can solo a raid boss an old raid boss (yes Satharion is one of those now) in gear that is several tiers higher, does not mean it is over powered.

It means they have enough gear, defensive cooldowns and healing skills to keep themselves up.

this is about gear not the class, watch a DK try and solo it in 200, 219 or 232.

So what would make them OP for PvE? The fact that they're on top of WoL? O wait, they're not. Even for hybrids, warriors, shadows and ferals are beating them. Stop pulling false info from your ass.
