Herald of the titans - Achievement

Soo, yeah, a few people in my guild are planning on gearing up with Ulduar gear to do Herald of the Titans, and among the other gear that I've saved from Ulduar, I've still got my Sunglimmer Drape from 10-man Reply Code Alpha. It IS ilvl 226, so would it work for Herald of the Titans? Or does Herald of the Titans restrict you from using Algalon gear? If it does, I'm gonna be screwed out of my 2nd trinket as well. :-X

I have just one question...can I come with? I really want herald =/ .

Seeing as you're not on US-Dalaran, that'd be a no. So unless you can raise an 80 on Dalaran in like...1 week, you can't come. :P

There are 232 shields and offhand weapons dropping in uld10, but no caster offhand.

Just do it in Ulduar 10 hard mode and below gear? Honestly, any stat difference you'll get from new gear will be marginal, even if it did work.

Well that item can be farmed once a day, the other once a week only. Trying to save time here

my guild start farming uld25 so we gear up 20ppl for 2 grp who will work on that achivment,but there is lot of work,i am not sure but no1 yet have that kill,correct me if i am wrong

For Herald you may use:
-Any item ilvl 226 or below in any slot
-Any item ilvl 232 or below in weapon, shield, and ranged weapon slots (note: it is unclear whether the ilvl 232 "Furious" pvp idol/relic/totem/libram are allowed)

For Dedicated Insanity you may use:
-Any item ilvl 244 or below
-Any item ilvl 245 which is sold by the badge vendors or BoE
-Any item ilvl 245 which drops in heroic ToGC
-Any ilvl 258 cloak which drops in heroic ToGC
