Gems look fine, get rid of the PvP legs, and lose some hit. What are you feeling your problem is with your DPS?

A quick change around in gear suggested would be:

1. Get t10 Helm and body (for 2 piece)
2. Get t9 (245 or better) hands and legs (for 2 piece)
3. Drop "Needle Encrusted Scorpion". Armor Pen isn't that amazing for us. Preferrably get Vengeance of the Forsaken. If possible, replace the Supremacy as well with Death's Choice or Darkmoon: Greatness.
4. Lower your hit rating. 8% or 9% is much more preferrable over 13%. This may mean changing your weapon as well. To say, Oxheart (I believe thats what the mace was called).
5. As suggested with the Vengeance of the Forsaken, get Expertise Capped (26 expertise).
6. If I'm not mistaken, you can enchant the Bracers with more attack power as well.
