well, to score a kill, enhance my dps output during a setup "burstphase".
well, unfortunately i must admit that im not aware that ERW gives me 25rp... could have saved my arse few times...

As most people said... burst, whether it be PvE or PvP, if I want more burst that's when I'll pop it.
Also, +2 for Kumduh! ( One for the CE, one for the edit, lulz )

I use it for a bit of extra burst in pvp while a healer is stunned or silenced for that little bit of "burst" to hopefully kill them.
In pve, I use it when i screw my rotation up or when everything is procced.
