tank stats for ICC10?

Okay, me and my 2 friends a prot pala Judicare and a resto shaman Shawne. Have decided to start a 10man raiding guild

The problem is that pala has been farming for badges and all but still only have 30k HP and we're not sure if this is enough

Me nad the shammy both have, and i know i dont like GS but we have 5400gs both

What should we do, we dont wanna fail on our first ICC raid in guild on thursday
