Power Auras (totem)

Does anyone know if you can use Power Auras to track totems. Since it's not a "buff" I'm having trouble getting it to work. I got it to work for my fire elemental (cooldown), but I can't seem to get it to work with searing/magma.

Searing/Magma totem cannot be tied to any of the activation sequences.

The only way I know how is to make them pop-up when your "aura" (SoE, Windfury) totems are up and are in range, when you go out of range they fade and are translucent. Once they're destroyed/removed they leave the screen.
