Need server advice

I want to start a little alliance project on the side, and i need some battlegroup and if possible server advice. A server with a good balance of PvE and PvP'ers would be nice. I know it's a really big question and a definitive answer seems unlikely, but a general direction would be nice.

PS: Is Defias Brotherhood a good server for Alliance? I know some one who plays there but he's not really active.

Are you looking for a pvp or a pve server?

PvE or PvP doesn't really matter to me, as long as the endgame arena/bg and raiding enviroment is good.

Bump, so far Lightbringer has been suggested, any other suggestions?

Outland EU is great in my eyes, lots of ICC raiding guilds and pugs that does really well (like 11/12 with gunship, rotface etc. hc 25 man).

Also many pvpers with high rating so I doubt it will let you down

Stay away from the Cyclone battlegroup

Terenas is ok. Pretty much has the top 4/5 guilds dominating the entire raiding scene. Some of the PvPers on the realm are extremely skilled, but it might take a bit of looking to find them. Basically, it's a great realm, but with not a lot of things going on in the lower end of the raiding and PvP scale.

Quel'Thalas EU is actually a pretty good realm. The Battlegroup is so-so in general with lots of annoying people from Maghteridon, but I still think QT good.
