I smell a possible troll (or I REALLY misunderstood the question) but...

If the numbers are in Red you have a debuff reducing them. Check which stance you are using

Get more expertise, stop DPSing in defensive stance (unless you have another damage reducing debuff), get rid of all the crit/crit+stam gems, gem strength for now ArP is beyond you. Using the wrong meta, due to the requirements, the 21 agi 3% crit is better, get rid of the arp+stam gems, gem to softcap ArP. Enchant everything.
    Jesus.
Look at the warrior stickies, they are excellent.
Didn't even look at your spec, some-one who is more helpful can do that.
    Edit: Spelling

You mean the mele damage in stats? You do know TG applies a 10% debuff for damage so it'll always be red right?

Gemming for crit should never be a priority. You get enough though gear and talents.
Change all yellow sockets to Str/Crit
Change your +6 and +10 stat gems to Expertise
Change your blue sockets in your legs and belt, to one +10 stats, and one ArP/Stam.
    Enchant your gear.
    Start with that.

And last, get in Berserker stance, and Titan's Grip is an auto -10% dps, pretty much. That is NORMAL.

This is the correct answer your looking for. The debuff from having the Titans Grip talent means your melee damage will always be in red text in your Character Tab.
