When We Raid-
Monday-Thursday 7:30-11:00 Central Standard Time
What we expect:
- ICC Heroic 10 & 25 man Raid Experience
- Geared in 258+ ilevel gear. The more ICC 10/25 pieces the better!
- Come fully prepared (consumables/spec) for every raid
- Have endgame raiding experience or a strong desire to learn
- Can take constructive criticism
- A good sense of humor
- Knowledge of your class, inside and out (as well as all classes)
- You must have ventrillo, DBM or Bigwigs, and omen
- Stable Internet Connection (this is a must have)
- Up-to-date Computer (No Tandy 2000's please)
- Active, mature, competent members who want to progress (we are looking for dedication)
- The ability to perform in all content (trash farming to the best Blizzard can dish-out)
- Desire to be a part of a stable raiding team (Need, drive, self-motivation, and eagerness to be raiding)
- Desire to learn new content (we live for progression, fight to be top on our server and desire to be better than we currently are)
- Don't give up, willing to give 125% every raid.
- Must be able to meet at least 85% of our raids. We raid Sunday-Thursday, 7:00PM CST- 11:30PM CST (8-12:30 EST / 5-9:30PST)
*Will note that Raid times are going to change within the next week to a Shorter raid week Most likely removing Sunday to make it Monday-Thursday raiding with Monday as clean up raid*
How do we do loot:
- We use a fixed DKP system. This will be reset completely for Cataclysm. Each item has a set value and the person with the highest DKP is awarded the item. Everyone is expected to bid on items for the benefit of raid progression (Loot#*!@#s need not apply)

When you apply please have WWS/WMO (have a ICC or TOC 10 or 25 raid if possible) reports available.
- We also highly encourage players to talk to us on winterhoof instead of just sending in an application, this does not mean we want you to spam us if you were accepted into the guild or not. First impressions make a huge impact on whether or not you we think you can make it in our guild, and showing initiative is always a good sign of a responsible / quality raider.
