Warrior macro

Hey, guys I need some help from you with ,,making" a macro for my warrior. What I am looking for is ,,pummel in battle stance" macro. Your help will be appreciated.

Cant pummel in battlestance champ, a quick google search found this though

switching stances cost you a lot of rage.. unless you actually NEED to use pummel.. no idea why but ok :P
It's better imho to just wear shield and shield bash


/equip 1hander name
/equip shield name
/cast shield bash
/equip 2 hander name [to get back to 2 hand]
or you could like
do macro
/equip 2 hander name
/cast mortal strike or anything ;P

or just do seperate macro for equping shield ;P
