We have opened our recruitment for Icecrown Citadel Heroic and further content (Hello Cataclysm), we have been around the server for almost a year and started raided 25mans again in Januari.
We started out as a new guild, but in a short time we managed to get in the top 5 on hord side of the server. We now need the last guys to fill our core for further Hard mode content and to venture into Cataclysm.
Although we are willing to consider every exceptional application from the listed classes.
What we want from you:
1. Commitment to the guild and raiding.
2. High attendance to all progression raids, we raid from 18:45 server –time at least 4 days a week, you must be able to attend raids at these times on a regular basis. ( Monday,Wednesday,Tuesday and Sunday)
3. Discipline during raids. You are expected to perform at a high level for extended periods of time without whining or arguing.
4. Knowledge of your class and raiding environments, beyond theorycrafting. We expect players to be able to adapt to new scenarios quickly and intelligently. Players who make repeated mistakes or under-perform will not last long.
5. We are highly competitive, raid members spend a lot of time playing around with specs, addons, UI layouts and various different tactical approaches to fights because they are interested in optimising their performance, you should be similarly motivated.
6. A good understanding of English and the ability to communicate effectively on ventrilo.
7. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time, and sometimes you will be criticised for this, you must be able to take constructive criticism and use it to further your future raiding experiences.
8. We have a friendly community of players who enjoy a variety of things outside of raiding and are often found chatting on ventrilo outside of raid times; we hope you will be the same way.
