Most romantic wow zone

Elwynn forest has a good romantic plot with those farmer NPCs if you do the quest chain, seems like an acceptable zone.

Ashenvale is a beautiful zone all throughout.

Mulgore has the open prairie field look for the horde side.

BE starter zones can be pretty good scout out the right places.

Loch Modan with the big lake scene and the damn could look nice.

My last place i would mention, nagrand the place looks fairly open and unreal.
