Resto shaman pvp help!

Can anyone give me a good resto shammy pvp spec, gem advice, gear advice, ( do i mix mp5 with spell haste?) max amount of spell pen,haste,mp5 i should have?

I think there are two different PvP builds, Healing Wave (Haste) and Lesser Healing Wave (Crit). Don't quote me on this. You should be able to find what you need on Arena Junkies though.

There's also the resto-toughness build which is great for survivability/unkiteability in 2's. 0/20/51 is what you'll spec then. That build goes best with the Healing Wave resto talent allocation because you're dropping two crit-talents in resto(or nature's guardian, wouldn't be my choice tho). Gearing will be FULL mp5.

Works good if you're a bit undergeared thanks to the stamina boost etc. Instead of the HW glyph you can ofcourse still go for a LHW glyph(since you can still use that one from time to time) or ofcourse the shocking glyph which is pretty nice for fast shocking while healing. Crit has a low value in this build since you solely rely on your mp5 to outlast. Just try the cookie cutter or this one out and see what you like better, good luck man.
