He probably checked with Blizzard on what is or isn't OK to post according to the NDA.
These are all screenies of scenery. Notice there's no players, no npcs, just a lot of eyecandy to make us want to buy Cataclysm even more

I'm sure if the beta started it would be in big bold letters on the front page.
You can tell WoW changed the MMO for good when players started complaining about the amount of time they sink, into a time sink.

he's not breaking the nda because
a. he never had an alpha invite therefore never agreed to one
and
b. these are pictures from a private server running the alpha client
(which is why there are no npcs)

My guess is " yes, he is, otherwise, he wouldn't be doing it ".
He probably checked with if he had the right to do so.
Edit: when the post first was up, it said that the F&F alpha was now "open", but he has deleted that part, so ...hum....

FOR NOOBIES.
He is not in the alpha. He simply has the alpha CLIENT. Because he is not in the alpha, he never agreed to an NDA.
Its also the reason he only has things like scenery and maps and icons and some spells. Its all things in the CLIENT.

Simply its now available to anyone (If you know what your doing) So he has a copy of this client and is taking images from itThe Cataclysm Client is now ... slightly less private

Non-Disclosure AGREEMENT. He never agreed to one, so thus anything he posts is fair game since he is not in the alpha. The reason it could get him in trouble before was anything coming out from the live realms was from people who have signed NDA's and can thus drag boub into it if a lawsuit erupts. Not exactly... When you install the alpha it brings up a ToS page which has the NDA on it. So just installing the client should of put him under the NDA... Originally Posted by Blasfomy

The leak of Alpha cliend was reported in the middle of yesterday, and early in the morning we received so massive leaks, i don't think he made this compilation for 2-3 hours he could have.
