Its a quest car, even more obvious since it has passenger seats.
Also if you can remember at blizzcon they said the quests in kezan would be very grand theft auto-ish
so expect that quest to either involve a race or droping of suggestive gobo girls at destinations.

god i hope its not a one time quest thing maybe they will put them in kezan/azshara as a vehicle you can hop in and out of anytime only usable in that zone

You guys realize that info suggests that Goblins will only be in Kezan up until level 5 or whatever then it goes *boom* in the Cataclysm, so you don't get to go back and cruise on those awesome tracks.

I just cant imagine they would create such a cool zone that you're only in for a few hours. It'd be worse than Gnomregan.

Someone should lose their job if we're really barred from Kezan at high levels.
