we can hope to see baron geddon and maybe even garr(sp) in hyjal, dont expect none elementals to be there like the lizard dudes and majordomo (RAG PERSOANLLY SAW TO THAT 1)

1. The setback joke has been EPIC since the day Kael'thas said it for the first time.
2. If you're talking about what Illidan said in Warcraft III to Kil'jaeden, that was nothing compared to this. This joke by Kael'thas means he will always somehow return, in every patch, expansion, etc. That's why it's funny, because everytime he shows up, it is merely a setback to a much larger plan (that in that time we will not interfere!)
Stop bitching about the setback joke. -.-
People will not stop using it because you say so. If any, it will stimulate them to keep using it.
Guess you're just gonna have to wait till it dies out. Which may take a while.
*Spoiler*
It's a quest in Hyjal. He's in the area whilst you're questing and then at the end of the chain you use the spell linked by the OP to subdue him. You have to do this 20 times, but he does a stacking aoe up to about 10k, however a lot of players don't realise they are being hit until they are dead, hence some of the skeletons. It's easily solved by running out, healing up and trying again.
I have a screenshot, but can't post it as this is my first post ^^
