For those Grid and Clique users....

What do you bind where?

I've just started using Clique and would like some ideas about effective bindings to my spells. Here's what I have so far:

Left click - LHW
Shift click - HW
Shift-Right click - Chain Heal
E - riptide
Q - ES
Shift - Button 5 - NS/TF

For the record, alt-left click is target, and button 4 is push to talk.

I'd like to put my riptide on my mouse for movement reasons, but don't want to rebind push to talk and would rather not use a modifier when on the move...not sure if i want to use shift for LHW either.

and I move with WASD OR my mouse, depending on the situation

I do use grid, but no supplementary addon, just regular keybound heals. Sometimes mouseovers, when I want to change things up.

This seems kind of redundant, Cleanse Spirit = Cure Toxins + curses.

I also have all my heals bound to alternate keyboard keys (like 2-4 = CH, HW, LHW, for example) in case my UI breaks mid fight, like if I get disconnected and my UI doesn't load up when reconnecting (which is rare, but it's happened before. Healing with no UI is better than not healing at all or trying to spell book it, lol.)

I use decursive to handle debuffswhat mostly bothers me about decursive is when im trying to click players frames to inspect or whatever or trade players i cast a heal on them, i have Alt-left/right click bound for that but always forget

You can make it so the Clique bindings only apply to Grid frames.

i have 2 thumb buttons of which i dont remember the actual button name but lets go with 4/5 - button 4 is my ES, button 5 is my cleanse spirit

I dont use Grid, i use SUF so i have to have set it up in Cique as all my heals are "helpful actions" and clicking player frames for inspection or rade is under "out of combat" or if i really have the need to inspect someone during combat ill have to press ALT, ofc sometimes you NEED to be able to acces the menu during combat like to drop group.

also using mouse 4 and 5 when not on raid frames for forward = Grounding and backward = purge

Use LMB and RMB for spells, instead of binding them with modifier keys.

You can go in to Clique and configure on which Unit Frames the Clique binds will actually work, so you can leave out the Player and Target frames, and really any frame that's not Grid, and still do things like access the menu by right clicking on your portrait / target frame.

If you need to target off of Grid, I use Ctrl-LMB
