Is it pve or pvp?

if pve:
*Second wind is worthless
*Blood craze is worthless
*You did not take imp Slam
*You took 3% parry instead of the cheaper HS

if pvp:
*WTF do you need imp cleave for

general:
*Unbridled Wrath is worthless
*Enrage doesnt stack with Wrecking Crew (or Deathwish for that matter)
*The game is not finished yet

I'm gonna have to say... NO, this build is not good in cata.
