Hey I am wondering if there is an addon out there that will tell me my CD of my intercept, pummel, shield bash whilst I am in battle stance the amount of times I have switched stances to find them on CD is frustrating and I haven't been able to find anything.
All help is appreciated

Just put them on one of your bars. I keep a 9 button bar relatively close to the center of my screen so I can see my important cooldowns (Swiftmend, NS, War Stomp), and I keep Bash on there as well.

There's an addon called sexy timer. That's probably something that would interest you.
