Rogues Take Zero Skill is a casual Horde guild seeking new additions to our raid team roster. RTZS has been on Arthas since the realm was started. Our roster is founded on casual family type members who enjoy the many aspects of the game outside of the raid instance.

Raid schedule:

Tuesday (8PM - 12PM Server)
Wednesday (8PM - 12PM Server)
Thursday (8PM - 12PM Server)

DKP / Loot system:

RTZS functions on a DKP based loot system. Meaning, you're in control of what items you get and when you get them (providing they drop, obviously). We do not interfere with the loot distribution process by involving officer opinions. All new recruits are provided with an adequate amount of DKP in order to be competitive in the bidding within the first few weeks. Although note that we do have a priority system in place which dictates Raid Team > Recruit.

Recruit process:

Typically we like to limit the Recruit (or Trial) process down to a maximum of 2-3 weeks. We won't leave you hanging as a Recruit for longer than that.

Basic expectations / requirements of all perspective applicants:

• Ready and able to use Ventrilo (primary voice communication for all raids)
• A reliable connection
• Motivated attitude
• Class wise (Know your class)
• Well rounded with game mechanics (Know the difference between left and right, as well as the fact that red !%%! on the ground hurts, don't stand in it!)
• Attention span to focus on progression for a maximum of 4 hours a scheduled raid night
• Ability to endure multiple wipes without complaining
• A flexiable sense of humor (sometimes our Ventrilo conversations get interesting, haha).
• Understanding of leadership and the ability to follow directions and assignments when you're told by the Raid Leader or another guild Officer.
