Tiptac Error after updating

after updating with the Curse Client i now get this error:

Was wow running when you performed that update.
If it was, then exit it and restart it.
If that doesn't work, then you can try clearing the saved variables, an option on the right click menu on any addon in the curse client.
That again will need to be done when wow is not running, but that will clear all settings associated with the addon so make a note of anything specifc you set up with it if you cannot easily recreate it.
