I've asked it before. Though it's usually when the paladin the DK and the warrior all have about 26000 life.
then i see that there's sanct on the paladin, with fort and kings and /cry

That's happened to me before. I'm all looking at the party panel trying to figure out who the tank is when I realize, the tank has the least amount of hp of all of us.
After some inspection and some questions I learned:
1. Apparently some DK's with frost presence never break 15k at 80.
2. They were not defense capped, not even close.
3. They had no idea what a taunt was.
5. The death knight also thought that half the gear they get from the DK starting area was still useful.

I hate it when that happens. It's also kind of annoying when a PuG leader forgets who's a healer or tank. "healz pres 1 lawl" >.>
It's especially annoying when there are only two people healing in the entire 10 man, or when the only healer was just invited. -.-
