When to gem ArP

So i just got Deathbringer's Will tonight and im curious if it is worth gemming for ArP or something else like Agi. I

used to run Mut and just recently changed to combat so still running Mut gems right now.

Generally arp pulls ahead way before 1200 arp... way before.

When to gem ArP for combat is simple.
If your spreadsheet values ArP over agi and ap, that's a good sign. Expertise, a better sign.
If your gear isn't on the spreadsheet, then you don't gem ArP.
