Ranked BGs and Old Titles

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the new ranked BGs they are coming up with. I heard through the grapevine that they are bringing back older titles, now, I'm an Lt commander, does anyone know if they older titles will be removed, or will we be given a chance to move up from there?

I heard they're going to be doing something with PVP titles for rated BGs. My best guess is that your title will turn into a feat of strength, and they'll have have different titles earned in a similar fashion.

They already ARE feats of strength. I hope they add ''Veteran'' to the old titles and the new people can earn the ones without

Veteran Blood Guard Pancaek? Sounds about right ~
Veteran High Warlord, Veteran Marshal... dont thinks so tho...

Probably change all vanilla titles into "Veteran" and in the feat of strenght will say wich rank you acquired.

Keep the old titles, make new ones.

Mmmm, I heard this awhile back, but nothing recently. They'll just add 3-5 new titles similar to arena titles with a bg theme

Duelist - Jouster or something lame like that

Aye. Like I'm a Knight-Lieutenant and it'd be cool to keep that title as well as earn a new one. So I can show off my old one as well as the new one so people can see I've been around a while.

I would be disappointed if they changed the old titles, blizzard seems pretty good at not running out of names I sure hope the just come up with something solid and leave the old ones for nostalgia(sp?).

I hope they bring ranks back, it was a fun feature.

Sure it will be a pointless one in Cata, but it would give you an extra goal for PvP.
