Need help choosing a raiding server to transfer to

Hi currently I'm playing on warsong-US. My main char is a rogue but I want to start doing ICC 10/25 man. The problem with my server is that 90% of the people are Brazilian and I'm American and to get into a raiding guild or a pug is almost impossible because the require you to know Portuguese. My rogue is horde.
Any suggestion on which English server are good for raiding?
